Tekfon Acoustic Ceiling Insulation Pads 600 x 600mm
TEKFON rock acoustic ceiling pads are manufactured from A1 fire rated rock mineral wool a thermal conductivity of 0.035W/mk , which is encapsulated in a black recycled plastic bag.
They offer an added acoustic value by density and thickness when fitted onto the back of ceiling tiles on a suspended ceiling systems as well as having an insulation value.
They are safe to handle and install being odourless, and the fibres encased. Encapsulated acoustic pads have a density of 45kgm3 or 60kgm3 therefore, it is essential that the ceiling system is calculated correctly to carry the extra weight of the ceiling pads.
