At Insulation, we stand by the quality of our energy-saving products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that custom-cut insulation materials and used installation tools are not eligible for return due to safety and performance standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused insulation materials in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at an authorized shipping center; we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for integrity, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
